Before we can confirm / quote price and conditions we would need to receive few photographs of these parts of your body you are concern with, front and profile for assessment by our plastic surgeons. If you wish to receive dental treatment quotation please attach few normal photos of your teeth and dental X-rays if you have one.
The quickest and most reliable way to receive our quotation is to apply online. After receiving your request we will send you back computer generated pictures how you could look like after the treatment together with our quote and details regarding your treatment.

3. If you are not familiar with sending pictures over internet you can post them together with our medical questionnaire to our postal address.
