Your contract is with MAKEITINPOLAND LTD, trading as third party between the Clinics and yourself. We will provide you with arrangement services, and we do not accept any responsibility for the medical procedures disputes. We hold no medical qualifications; our liability is limited to a duty of providing you with arrangement services.
We are not liable for any work of a surgeon, dentist or any of the staff engage at the clinic. Your contract is with your clinic for all medical work undertaken.
We do not accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that the surgeon or dentist feels that you are not fit enough to undergo surgery.
Please note that there are risks involved as with any other surgery, and even higher, as it may result in disappointment or dissatisfaction.
Any medical or surgical advice provided through the MAKEITINPOLAND LTD website, even if intended to be accurate to the best of our knowledge, should be discussed with the surgeon, dentist or other medical specialist as we are not liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our site.

Medical Questionnaire
You must disclose to us all information relating to your health, which may be relevant to the provision of services or treatments we have arranged on your behalf. In providing the information, you warrant that it is accurate, correct and current.
We accept no liability regarding your failure to disclose any information which may be relevant to our services or treatments.
You must also provide us with the clear photographs of the area, preferably front and 2 sides, as it is important for the surgeon to be able to examine skin quality and overall shaping of the contours.
You agree that your medical questionnaire and your photos will be forwarded by e-mail to the clinic.
We ensure that any information given to us is treated in highly confidential manner and will only be sent to the clinic. The price initially quoted by MAKEITINPOLAND LTD will be confirmed after further medical evaluation by the surgeon.
MAKEITINPOLAND LTD will arrange an e-mail consultation with the surgeon/professional after receiving the medical history form and the clinic and/or other analysis requested by the surgeon/professional.
MAKEITINPOLAND LTD strongly encourages you to ask all the questions you may have via e-mail or telephone.
Both you and the surgeon/professional are under no obligation until after your pre-operative consultation.
MAKEITINPOLAND LTD reminds you that all kinds of surgery/treatment carry certain risks, whereas the risks associated with cosmetic surgery includes dissatisfaction with the results.
You and the surgeon/professional have to agree about the anticipated outcome of your surgery/treatment, so that your expectations of the results will be reasonable.

Cancellation Policy
Due to patient’s decision or unforeseen medical reasons you may be charged depending on cancellation date:
- at least 10 days before date of treatment - £0 / €0
- at least 5 days before date of treatment - £130 / €140
- during consultations in Poland, right before treatment, deposit of £260 / €280
Our Responsibility
We will provide you with arrangement services. Before you booking is confirmed and a contract comes into existence we reserve the right to increase or decrease brochure prices.
Quotation estimate
The quotation given is to be confirmed after the pre-surgery/treatment consultation prior to surgery.
The quotation includes only the concepts detailed in it. If any non-predicted costs appear once you are in Poland, they are going to be properly detailed in order to obtain your authorization.
Anyway you will be properly informed about those risks before the surgery.
The quotation given does not include any additional medical expenses for the medications or procedures in case of unforeseen complications. Make sure you discuss this with the surgeon before the operation.

Discrepancies
In case of medical discrepancy or conflict for immutability of malpractice carried out by the patient, the parts establish and agree that all judicial action must be carried out by the patient towards the surgeon / professional within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Poland, and that action will not be extended towards MAKEITINPOLAND LTD, since it is a company that puts at the disposition of the patient different professional option without exercising medicine professionally.
